As a long time parishioner of over 25 years, I am dedicated to our Our Lady of Peace School and Parish. Currently, I teach third and fourth grade students. I  also serve as the assistant principal and Student Council Moderator. 

 

I graduated from California State University Northridge receiving my degree in Child and Adolescent development. I earned my Masters Degree from Loyola Marymount University in Urban Education. In addition to my work with typical students, I have previous experience working with children and adults with special learning needs. These skills have been a great asset in giving me a lot of instructional/behavioral tools for differentiating instruction at all levels of student learning, especially when teaching a combination grade class. I have now taught at OLP for over 6 years! OLP and its vision, holds a special place in my heart, along with the children, staff and parent community. Here at OLP we have compassionate hearts, and courageous voices that allow us to strive and develop a strong and united community, committed to supporting each other and actively improving the world..
